We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Service Platforms team, specifically supporting the Digital Post Purchase domain responsible for enabling efficient & scalable Contact Center & Field Service Operations products. This role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions, leveraging both technical expertise and domain knowledge in CRM and Field Service applications.
You’ll collaborate closely with a global engineering community, product owners, and delivery teams to design, build, and refine modern software products aligned with Electrolux’s business goals and technology roadmap.

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Service Platforms team, specifically supporting the Digital Post Purchase domain responsible for enabling efficient & scalable Contact Center & Field Service Operations products. This role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions, leveraging both technical expertise and domain knowledge in CRM and Field Service applications.
You’ll collaborate closely with a global engineering community, product owners, and delivery teams to design, build, and refine modern software products aligned with Electrolux’s business goals and technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable software components across CRM and Field Service platforms.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to improving existing architectures.
- Apply domain knowledge (CRM/Field Service) to support the development of functional, user-centric features.
- Work with technologies such as JavaScript, .NET, Node.js, and Azure to build cloud-ready applications.
- Support modernization efforts by integrating applications with Azure services, MongoDB, and other cloud technologies.
- Contribute to prototypes or proof-of-concepts to explore new ideas and validate technical approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, delivery) throughout the development lifecycle.
- Follow best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and help maintain a collaborative engineering culture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Previous experience with Cloud CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Sales/Service Cloud) and FSM solutions (e.g., IFS, SAP FSM) is a big plus.
- Knowledge of modern application development and willingness to work on system improvements and refactoring.
- Hands-on development experience in one or more of: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Node.js.
- Familiarity integrating with Cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application design.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions.
This is a full-time position, based in Bangalore, India
