About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team on-site in Delhi NCR / Noida.

You will work on building new product features, improving existing modules, and developing AI-powered capabilities for CaseDocker’s legal-tech platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real product problems, building end-to-end features, and working closely with the founding/product team.

You do not need prior legal-tech experience, but you should be excited about building serious SaaS products used by legal and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across CaseDocker’s legal-tech platform.
• Build modules for contract management, case management, notice management, compliance tracking, eSigning, workflow automation, and legal operations.
• Work on AI-powered features for document generation, review, summarization, search, clause/risk flagging, and legal workflow assistance.
• Build and integrate frontend screens, backend APIs, database models, automation flows, and third-party services.
• Improve product performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Debug issues, write clean code, and ship production-ready features.
• Work closely with the founding/product team to understand user problems and turn them into practical software solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong software development fundamentals.
• Experience with frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and web application architecture.
• Ability to understand product requirements and convert them into working features.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn fast, take ownership, and work in a product-focused environment.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, workflow automation, and legal-tech.

Good to Have

Experience with Vue.js / Nuxt, Django / Python, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, cloud deployment, or similar technologies.

Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, RAG, document processing, OCR, or workflow automation.

Experience working in a startup or SaaS product team.

Understanding of scalable backend systems and clean frontend user experiences.
