🚀 We're Hiring: Software Engineer – Rust (Low-Latency Trading Systems) | 3+ Years Experience

Are you passionate about building high-performance, low-latency systems that power mission-critical trading infrastructure?

We're looking for exceptional engineers to join our team and work directly with senior systems architects on designing and developing next-generation trading platforms. If you enjoy solving complex systems problems and writing performance-critical code, we'd love to hear from you.

• Build and maintain high-performance backend services in Rust
• Develop distributed, fault-tolerant systems handling high transaction volumes
• Write robust unit, property-based, and simulation tests
• Optimize code for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency
• Participate in architecture discussions and rigorous code reviews
• Debug and resolve issues in Linux-based production environments

✅ B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT/NIT (Mandatory)

✅ 3+ years of software development experience in Rust, C++, Java, or Go

✅ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and concurrency

✅ Experience with Linux, Git, distributed systems, and performance optimization

✅ Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, order books, and market data is highly preferred

• Competitive programming experience (Codeforces/ICPC/CodeChef)
• Open-source or personal Rust projects
• Experience with low-latency systems, lock-free programming, Kafka/NATS, Raft, or event sourcing
• NISM certifications or hands-on trading experience

• Work under experienced systems engineers with deep exchange-infrastructure expertise
• Build cutting-edge, low-latency trading technology from the ground up
• Clear growth path to owning critical subsystems within 18–24 months
• Top-of-market compensation, benchmarked against leading product companies
