We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer II to join our engineering team and build high-performance, ultra-low-latency financial trading infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade backend services using Rust.
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant, and ultra-low-latency trading systems.
• Optimize application performance, concurrency, memory management, and resource utilization.
• Develop distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
  

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Production Rust development experience.
• 10+ years of professional Systems Programming experience using Rust, C, and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience developing Financial Trading Systems, including one or more of the following:
• Exchange Platforms
• Matching Engines
• Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Risk Management Systems (RMS)
• Market Data Systems
• Crypto Trading Platforms
• Electronic Trading Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of ultra-low-latency architecture and high-performance backend development.
• Experience with distributed systems, concurrent programming, and Linux-based production environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, asynchronous networking, and event-driven architectures.

• FIX Protocol
• io_uring, DPDK, AF_XDP
• Performance profiling and benchmarking
• Experience in Capital Markets, Crypto, or Electronic Trading
  

This is a highly specialized Systems Engineering role.

• Hands-on Financial Trading Systems experience.
