What You?ll Do Immerse yourself in our existing tech stack and understand how everything connects Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that improves performance and user experience Redesign and rebuild systems to handle new use cases and future growth Develop new features that make AllEvents more powerful and intuitive Research and implement ways to make our platform faster, more reliable, and more secure Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to solve meaningful problems Build responsive, intuitive interfaces that work beautifully across devices Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation that helps the team move fast What you bring Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOP, and databases 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in building products (preferably in a product-based company or startup) Experience with PHP, JavaScript, and modern web development Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, caching, and search technologies (AWS, Redis, Elasticsearch = bonus points) Understanding of scalable architecture for data-heavy systems Curiosity and adaptability, you love learning new technologies and solving new challenges Clear communication, you can explain complex ideas simply and collaborate effortlessly ??
