✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

Experience Level: 5–8 Years

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field

Programming: Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or Java

CI/CD & Workflows:
Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines

DevOps:
Hands-on exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform

AI Engineering:
Experience or exposure to AI-assisted development workflows (code generation, PR automation, etc.)

Security:
Understanding of secure SDLC and vulnerability management

Communication:
Upper-intermediate English proficiency

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams

💼 Key Responsibilities

Generate code artifacts from Jira technical specifications

Enable AI-assisted code generation using Java/Python

Implement AI-powered PR summarization and contextual reviews

Automate unit test generation within PR workflows

Automate vulnerability detection and create AI-generated fix PRs

Generate deployment configurations using pre-built templates

Embed policy-as-code and security guardrails into CI/CD pipelines

Integrate AI agents into GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines

Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments

Support branching strategies, PR validation, and deployment automation

Build AI-assisted runbooks and automate incident classification
