Position: Java Developer

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to system architecture and integration planning.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes clearly.
• Stay updated with Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java development with a solid project portfolio.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
