Software Developer (Backend)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready systems and applications using Python.
  
• Architect solutions and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with business requirements.
  
• Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining proactive communication with the team.
  
• Provide technical solutions for diverse requirements and clearly articulate them to stakeholders.
  
• Participate in design reviews for new projects and code reviews for peers to maintain quality standards.
  
• Identify and integrate state-of-the-art technologies to improve existing implementations.
  
• Proactively detect and resolve potential issues in products before they impact performance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
  
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  
• Proven experience in designing and implementing REST APIs using Python.
  
• Familiarity with Django framework for web development.
  
• Knowledge of MySQL database and query optimization.
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
