Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Snowflake and Python and a background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role involves developing and optimizing data solutions to drive business success. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust data solutions using SQL Snowflake and Python to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize existing data processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
Provide technical expertise in data modeling and database design to ensure data integrity and security.
Implement best practices for data management and governance to maintain data quality.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of data solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all data-related activities.
Contribute to the development of innovative data strategies that align with business goals.
Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables on time.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in SQL Snowflake and Python with a proven track record of successful projects.
Demonstrate experience in data modeling database design and data management best practices.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Have a background in Property & Casualty Insurance which is considered an advantage.
Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all data-related tasks.
