Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Must have skills : SUSE Linux Administration Good to have skills : AWS Architecture, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Backup and Recovery Systems Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that software configurations align with business process designs and application requirements. You will assist in customizing software solutions, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of the organization while adhering to best practices in configuration management. Your role will also require you to engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software configurations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration management processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Backup and Recovery Systems. - Strong understanding of configuration management tools and practices. - Experience in scripting and automation to streamline configuration processes. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
