We are seeking a seasoned architect to lead the modernization and evolution of our hearing aid fitting software platform — spanning WPF desktop apps, cloud services, and embedded systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and evolve end‑to‑end architecture
• Lead modernization of legacy WPF applications
• Architect secure, HIPAA‑compliant patient data systems
• Integrate desktop apps, cloud services, and embedded devices
• Establish standards, mentor teams, and collaborate on roadmap planning

🛠️ Must‑Have Skills

• .NET Core / .NET 6+
• WPF with MVVM
• Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Service Bus, AD, Key Vault)
• Microservices & Domain‑Driven Design (DDD)
• HIPAA compliance & healthcare data security
