Junior Accountant in Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate medical billing data and insurance claims promptly
• Manage revenue collection by coordinating payment arrangements, tracking outstanding balances, and following up on overdue accounts
• Handle delinquent accounts by communicating with patients, setting up payment plans, and ensuring timely recovery
• Coordinate with collection agencies and evaluate legal options (including small claims) for unresolved accounts when required
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring all medical and billing information is accurate and compliant
• Generate bills and invoices based on medical procedures and services rendered
• Perform charge entry and payment posting with high accuracy
• Manage the complete end-to-end medical billing cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all stages
