Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Software Architect: Generalist, you will define and drive the end-to-end technical architecture and design strategy for enterprise-grade products, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. You will translate business and product vision into robust architectural solutions, establish technical standards and reference architectures, and guide multiple development teams in building high-quality, cloud-native and microservices-based solutions. You will provide technical leadership across the product lifecycle, influence roadmap and investment decisions, mentor senior engineers and architects, and collaborate closely with product management, security, and platform teams to deliver differentiated, market-leading products.. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Define and maintain software architecture and high-level design for applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guide development teams in implementing architectural decisions.
• Ensure software meets performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot architectural and design issues.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications where relevant.
• Design data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and MLOps workflows for AI systems.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong expertise in software design patterns and principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Go, Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms (IBM, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Ability to design tools and frameworks for Static Code Analysis & Parsing.
• Cryptography & Quantum Impact Awareness – strong understanding of encryption methods and how quantum computing may disrupt current cryptographic standards.
• IDE Plugin Development – experience building extensions/plugins for developer productivity in IDEs such as VS Code, IntelliJ, or Eclipse.
• AI Prompting & Protocols – hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A protocol for orchestrating AI workflows.
• Generative AI Model Tuning – experience with small language model tuning, fine-tuning, and custom model development for enterprise use cases.
