Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate (CRA) to join our team at Leverage. In this role, you will help students’ applications from our partner organisations move smoothly from submission to getting their CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and completing their enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, upsell services, and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, Product, and operations to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve services and enhance the overall client experience.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, key metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making
What You Bring
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected issues.
Ability to work with processes and documentation.
0–2 years experience: Strong willingness to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented; prior experience in client servicing, education operations, or related fields preferred.
