Role overview:

We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills Trainer who can enhance students' communication, personality development, and workplace readiness. The trainer will also focus on strengthening students' English grammar and language skills.

key responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on:
• Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• English Grammar (Tenses, Parts of Speech, Sentence Formation, Vocabulary, Error Correction)
• Presentation Skills
• Public Speaking
• Interpersonal Skills
• Time Management
• Teamwork & Leadership
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Confidence Building
• Teach basic to advanced spoken and written English
• Conduct grammar exercises, quizzes, and language activities
• Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and role plays
• Design training materials and worksheets
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• Maintain reports and attendance

Required skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of English grammar and sentence structure
• Ability to train students in spoken English
• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Engaging and interactive teaching style

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate (English background preferred)
• Certification in Soft Skills / English Training (added advantage)
• 0–3 years experience (Freshers with strong grammar skills can apply)

• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Confident and energetic personality
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• Ability to simplify grammar concepts
