Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Worker, based in Ahmedabad. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing emotional and psychological support to clients, coordinating services within the salon, and assisting clients in overcoming personal, social, or professional challenges. The role involves collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment and ensuring clients' well-being during their salon experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
• Empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience in social work, counseling, or mental health support is preferred
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain a positive and professional approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is an advantage
