Social Worker (Female)

Assess clients’ social, emotional, financial, and environmental needs

Develop and implement individualized care or intervention plans

Provide counseling, guidance, and crisis intervention services

Connect clients with community resources, benefits, and support programs

Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services

Maintain accurate case records and documentation

Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, legal professionals, and community agencies

Conduct home visits and community outreach when required

Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed

Ensure compliance with ethical standards, policies, and relevant laws

Knowledge of social work ethics, safeguarding, and community resources

Strong communication, empathy, and case management skills

Ability to maintain accurate, confidential records

Willingness to conduct fieldwork/home visits
