Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Social Science Faculty member based in Korba. The role involves designing and delivering engaging educational content for social science subjects, creating lesson plans, conducting interactive teaching sessions, and evaluating students’ progress. The faculty member will collaborate with academic teams, provide additional guidance to students when needed, and stay updated on curriculum changes to ensure effective teaching methodologies.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of social science subjects and strong pedagogical skills
• Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and conducting interactive teaching sessions
• Ability to evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes
• Fluency in English or additional vernacular languages is a plus
• Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline; a Ph.D. is an advantage
• Previous teaching experience, especially in test preparation or academic institutions, is preferred
