Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist, located in New Delhi. The Social Media Strategist will develop and execute engaging social media strategies to grow brand presence and drive engagement. Responsibilities include creating innovative content strategies, optimizing posts to maximize reach, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to maintain consistent messaging across platforms. Managing public relations efforts and ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Managing and Planning Social Media Calendar for clients
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Experience with Performance Marketing
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize social media campaigns
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with analytics tools and trends in social media platforms
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred
