Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The role involves managing and optimizing company social media channels, developing content strategies, and implementing social media marketing campaigns. The selected candidate will oversee audience engagement, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also ensure up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends to maximize brand visibility. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong skills in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and trends Experience with leading social media platforms and tools Creative thinking with a strong sense of branding and positioning Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
