About the Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.

This role is not limited to content posting. You'll work closely with designers, content creators, video editors, and marketing teams to develop compelling content, execute campaigns, build communities, manage influencer collaborations, and optimize social media performance.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes content resonate, can identify emerging trends, and knows how to turn social engagement into real business results.

What You'll DoSocial Media Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously optimize social performance through data-driven decision-making.
Content Planning & Creative Collaboration
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to create engaging social content.
  • Lead content ideation and campaign brainstorming sessions.
  • Develop creative briefs and content strategies for product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Provide direction and feedback to ensure content is optimized for engagement and platform performance.
  • Support the creation of reels, stories, short-form videos, carousels, and other high-performing social content.
Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow our presence across:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Pinterest
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Product Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute social campaigns for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and business initiatives.
  • Drive traffic to product pages and landing pages through organic social efforts.
  • Partner with E-commerce, SEO, Email Marketing, and Paid Media teams to maximize campaign impact.
  • Support customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
Influencer & UGC Management
  • Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns and track performance.
  • Develop User-Generated Content (UGC) programs to enhance engagement and authenticity.
  • Build relationships with creators, influencers, and brand advocates.
Community Management
  • Manage customer interactions across social platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Foster meaningful conversations and build a strong online community.
  • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
  • Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, audience growth, website traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve results and drive continuous growth.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
  • Experience working with E-commerce, D2C, Consumer Products, Retail, or Lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging and high-performing content.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and content trends.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and community management.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Pinterest Business, and YouTube Studio.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Later, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Experience with social commerce and product-focused content strategies.
