We are seeking a creative, growth-oriented, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and drive both brand growth and product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing communities, collaborating with influencers, and leveraging social platforms to generate traffic, conversions, and revenue.
This role requires someone who understands the complete social commerce funnel—from awareness and engagement to product consideration, conversion, and customer retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and revenue goals.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars across all social platforms.
- Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Plan, publish, and optimize content across:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Create engaging captions, reels, stories, and short-form video concepts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Develop social media campaigns focused on product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and key sales periods.
- Drive traffic to product pages and landing pages through organic social initiatives.
- Support revenue generation through social commerce strategies, including Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, and TikTok Shop.
- Collaborate with Email, SEO, and Paid Media teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor best-selling and high-margin products and create content strategies to increase sales.
- Execute promotional campaigns to support monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Develop user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
- Track influencer performance and ROI.
- Build relationships with creators and brand advocates.
- Manage customer interactions across social channels.
- Respond to comments, reviews, and direct messages promptly.
- Foster customer engagement and strengthen brand trust.
- Monitor social media performance and sales attribution.
- Track engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize content based on performance data.
