BM Elite International Clinic is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to manage the clinic’s online presence, daily content posting, reels, stories, patient education content, campaign support, and social media engagement.

The candidate should understand Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp content, reels, captions, hashtags, basic design coordination, and healthcare brand communication.

This role is ideal for someone who can maintain a premium, clean, trustworthy and Chennai-friendly digital image for BM Elite.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
  • Manage BM Elite’s Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social media pages.
  • Plan and execute daily posts, reels, stories and updates.
  • Maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
  • Ensure regular posting for all major departments.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all posts.
  • Monitor comments, DMs and enquiries.
  • Forward enquiries immediately to the appointment team.
  • Track social media performance and engagement.
2. Content Planning

Create and coordinate content for:

  • Aesthetic medicine
  • Hair restoration
  • Dental and smile design
  • Fertility
  • Women’s health
  • Men’s health
  • Weight loss
  • IV drips
  • Wellness and longevity
  • Sleep and snoring clinic
  • Regenerative medicine
  • Doctor awareness videos
  • Patient education reels
  • Testimonials and transformation stories
3. Reels and Video Coordination
  • Plan reels with doctors, staff, clinic interiors, treatment rooms and patient education topics.
  • Shoot basic mobile videos when required.
  • Coordinate with video editor for reel editing.
  • Suggest hooks, captions and trending audio where suitable.
  • Maintain premium healthcare tone, not cheap or overly promotional.
  • Ensure reels are short, clear and Chennai audience friendly.
  • Post reels across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
4. Caption, Hashtag and Copywriting
  • Write captions in English, Tamil and Tanglish when required.
  • Use local SEO keywords like Velachery, Chennai, fertility clinic, hair transplant, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, skin clinic, weight loss clinic.
  • Write primary text, headlines and descriptions for ad creatives when needed.
  • Avoid exaggerated medical claims.
  • Maintain doctor-led, ethical and premium communication.
5. Creative Coordination
  • Coordinate with graphic designer for posters, carousels, banners and campaign creatives.
  • Give clear design briefs.
  • Check spelling, grammar, phone number, address and branding before posting.
  • Ensure all creatives follow BM Elite’s premium beige, dark brown, gold and clinical luxury style.
  • Maintain separate creative folders department wise.
6. Google Business Profile Support
  • Post regular updates on Google Business Profile.
  • Upload clinic photos, service updates and offers if approved.
  • Support Google review collection.
  • Monitor Google reviews and inform management about negative reviews.
  • Help improve local visibility for BM Elite Velachery.
7. Lead Handling Support
  • Monitor social media DMs and comments.
  • Reply using approved templates.
  • Collect name, phone number, location and concern.
  • Forward leads to appointment team immediately.
  • Update lead source clearly.
  • Follow up with appointment team for missed social media enquiries.
  • Make sure no Instagram or Facebook enquiry is missed.
8. Campaign Support
  • Support Meta ad campaigns with creatives, captions and content ideas.
  • Coordinate with digital ads executive or marketing manager.
  • Prepare campaign content for:
  • Hair transplant
  • Weight loss
  • Fertility
  • Skin glow
  • Dental smile design
  • Men’s health
  • Women’s health
  • IV drips
  • Track which content gets better enquiries.
  • Suggest improvements based on audience response.
9. Clinic Content Collection
  • Collect daily clinic content like:
  • Doctor videos
  • Treatment room videos
  • Staff videos
  • Behind the scenes
  • Patient education clips
  • Approved testimonials
  • Clinic ambience videos
  • Procedure setup videos without patient privacy violation
  • Maintain consent before using patient photos or videos.
  • Avoid posting anything without approval.
10. Reporting

Prepare daily and weekly reports including:

  • Number of posts uploaded
  • Number of reels uploaded
  • Stories uploaded
  • DMs received
  • Leads generated
  • Enquiries forwarded
  • Best performing content
  • Pending creatives
  • Doctor video status
  • Google review update
Required Skills
  • Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and Google Business Profile.
  • Basic understanding of reels, stories, captions, hashtags and engagement.
  • Ability to write simple English and Tamil / Tanglish captions.
  • Basic Canva knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate with designer and video editor.
  • Good eye for premium design and clean branding.
  • Healthcare or clinic marketing experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fast response to enquiries.
  • Discipline in daily posting and reporting.
