Role Overview

We are looking to build a strong digital presence and are hiring a Social Media & Content Manager who can help us create meaningful content and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and execute content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
• Post reels, carousels, and graphics as per schedule
• Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs

2. Content Creation (Video + Graphics)

• Handle end-to-end video execution: scripting support → shooting → editing → posting
• Create graphics using Canva (posts, thumbnails, banners)

3. Performance Marketing (Basic)

• Assist in running Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
• Basic understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

4. Required Skills

• Proficiency in Canva (Graphic Design)
• Experience in Video Editing (Filmora / Premiere Pro / CapCut or similar)
• Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms
• Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)
• Good understanding of trends and content formats

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles
• Experience in finance/insurance industry (bonus, not mandatory)
• Creative mindset with execution ability
• Strong communication and coordination skills
