Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Marketing and Content Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and maintaining a strong social media presence. Key daily tasks include crafting engaging posts, analyzing social media performance, collaborating with the creative team for campaigns, staying updated on digital marketing trends, and fostering audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and Campaign Planning.
• Deep knowledge of linkedin and organic growth experience.
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Content Development.
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Analytics Tools, and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of Audience Engagement, Trend Analysis, and Building Social Media Communities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with video production or a background in media-related industries will be advantageous.
• Proven Track Record and Experience of 2+ years in this field.
• Knowledge of graphic designing ,editing and related fields will be prioritized.
