From supplements to skincare, we’re building a community that lives better inside and out. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bandra West, Mumbai office.


The Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice, vibe, and visual pulse of YourHappyLife across all platforms. You’ll plan, create, and execute content that sparks engagement, drives growth, and builds an emotional connection with our audience. If you live and breathe social media content, love turning everyday moments into storytelling gold, and can both be in front of and behind the camera, we’re looking for you.


You’ll work closely with the Creative Team to bring our brand’s message alive - one reel, post, and story at a time.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Plan and post daily content (reels, carousels, stories, lives) across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Conceptualize content ideas with the videographer—founder-led videos, UGC-style reels, and product storytelling.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera for product explainers, trends, and casual founder interactions.
  • Write sharp captions aligned with our brand tone—authentic, fun, intelligent, and wellness-driven.

Brand Aesthetic & Community

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity using Canva and brand templates.
  • Curate UGC, reviews, and testimonials into creative assets.
  • Engage daily with followers, reply to comments, and help build a thriving YourHappyLife community.

Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop monthly social calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and festivals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, audios, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing and design teams for campaign synergy.
  • Optimize posting schedules and content types based on insights and analytics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as reach, saves, shares, engagement rate, follower growth, and story views.
  • Present monthly social media growth reports with actionable insights and learnings.
  • Use tools like Meta Insights, Notion, or Google Sheets for structured tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the design team for visual content.
  • Work with growth and brand teams to align on messaging and upcoming campaigns.
  • Support content shoots and ensure creative execution runs smoothly.


Requirements:

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on social media management experience in a D2C, wellness, or beauty brand.
  • Proven success in growing an Instagram handle or brand organically.

Skills

  • Excellent understanding of Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube algorithms.
  • Canva proficiency and basic reel editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
  • Strong camera presence and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and understanding of storytelling, trends, and hooks.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking performance and optimizing strategy.

Personality

  • Energetic, expressive, and camera-friendly.
  • Organized multitasker who thrives on structure and deadlines.
  • Obsessed with content trends, pop culture, and brand storytelling.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and short-form video content.
  • Prior on-camera or influencer-style work is a major plus.
