Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will oversee all aspects of social media marketing, including managing social media accounts, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, and engaging with target audiences. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and growth strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in making strategy for organic social media optimization
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with an ability to generate engaging and innovative content
• Experience in making moment marketing content is a plus
• Experience with analytics tools for measuring campaign performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Should be able to manage basic ORM
• Should be experienced in making monthly reports
• Experience with branding and understanding of target audience engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
