About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Noida, Sec- 63. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be responsible for managing and growing social media presence for a variety of brands across different industries.

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning, creating, and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring timely publishing of posts.
• Monitoring trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep brands relevant and competitive.
• Collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging content, reels, and campaigns.
• Managing community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Tracking performance metrics and preparing reports with actionable insights.
• Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure social media goals are achieved.
• Identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or businesses.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with a good eye for content, trends, and audience behavior.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
• 2 to 3 years of experience
