Social Media Manager

I’m opening a new bagel shop in Lehi called Oh No Bagels and looking for someone to help film and edit short-form content as we build.

This is a founder led, in person role. I need someone strong at capturing and editing content that feels clean, current, and engaging.

We’ll be documenting the buildout, behind the scenes baking, product launches, lots of baking, and the real process of opening a restaurant from scratch. The goal is consistent, high-quality short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels.

• Filming vertical short-form content on-site

• Editing videos with strong hooks and clean pacing

• Helping shape content ideas

• Capturing buildout progress and day-to-day operations

• Delivering consistent weekly content

• Strong short-form editing skills

• Understanding of TikTok/Reels pacing and trends

• Good eye for framing and lighting

• Reliable and organized

• Comfortable working in-person in Utah

• Part-time or full-time depending on fit.
