Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Udupi. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms to support brand activation, events, and experiential campaigns. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, scheduling posts, monitoring channels, and engaging with online communities to increase reach and interaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather campaign information, creating visuals or briefs for designers, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and audience growth.

  • Candidates should possess skills in social media strategy, campaign planning, and content calendar management.
  • Candidates should possess skills in copywriting, storytelling, and creating engaging posts tailored to different platforms.
  • Candidates should possess skills in community management, responding to comments and queries, and maintaining a positive brand presence online.
  • Candidates should possess skills in social media analytics, reporting, and using insights to refine content and strategy.
  • Candidates should possess skills in basic design coordination, working with creative teams, and understanding visual brand guidelines.
  • Relevant experience in social media management for brands, events, or marketing agencies is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
