We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager who understands how to turn everyday moments into content people enjoy watching and sharing.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

This role combines content strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution, from ideating content to managing shoots and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals
• Manage and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Conceptualize and produce engaging reels, short videos, stories, and posts
• Identify and execute trend-based and viral content opportunities
• Coordinate content shoots with internal teams and employees
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
• Monitor engagement, reach, and analytics to optimize performance
• Engage with the community through comments and messages

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital content
• Strong understanding of Instagram reels and short-form content trends
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas quickly
• Basic experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills

Preferred Background

• Experience working with F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Understanding of Gujarati and Hindi content culture
• Experience creating employee-driven or behind-the-scenes content
