Job Description:

• Plan and execute complete social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Work on both organic growth and paid campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.).
• Handle client communication, onboarding, and retention.
• Take initial sales/discovery calls and understand client requirements.
• Manage and guide the social media & marketing team.
• Support the team in solving challenges and keeping work on track.
• Coordinate with SEO, PPC, design, development, and bidding teams.
• Understand bidding requirements and align marketing accordingly.
• Oversee projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Drive branding, content quality, and creative direction.
• Track performance, analyse results, and improve strategies.
• Use AI tools and automation to increase efficiency.
• Handle critical situations or delays calmly and professionally.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in social media / digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of organic + paid marketing strategies.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience in team management.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies independently.
• Basic knowledge of bidding and the lead generation process.
• Comfortable using analytics, marketing tools, and AI tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with a team player attitude.
