We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can independently manage social media accounts, execute paid campaigns, create engaging content, and contribute to measurable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments when required, and build online communities.
- Track trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation, awareness, conversions, and remarketing.
- Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and optimization strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS and CPL.
- Generate detailed campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Design high-quality creatives for social media using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, ad creatives, and basic motion graphics.
- Work closely with content writers, photographers, videographers, and designers to produce impactful campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual communication across all platforms.
- Create and manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and websites.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information remains accurate and updated.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility and conversions.
- Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, website traffic, leads, conversions, ROAS, and follower growth.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other analytics tools to evaluate campaign success.
- Coordinate with internal creative, sales, development, and client servicing teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Present campaign strategies and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Strong creative design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of product listing and e-commerce platforms is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, WordPress, and email marketing is desirable.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.
