Aignosis is a Jaipur-based neurohealth-tech startup building India's first CDSCO-approved, AI-powered screening tool for the early detection of autism and neurodevelopmental conditions in children. Our five-minute, video-based assessment gives clinicians instant, reliable reports — helping families get answers far earlier. Clinically validated at AIIMS Jodhpur and featured on Shark Tank India, we're on a mission to make early diagnosis accessible to every child.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to own our presence across all social platforms. You'll craft scroll-stopping content, grow our organic community, run paid campaigns, and turn engagement into measurable business results — not just likes, but leads, reach, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content — plan, produce, and schedule posts, carousels, reels, and stories across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Own the organic growth strategy — grow followers, reach, and engagement through consistent, high-quality content and community building.
  • Master hashtags & trends — research and apply the right hashtags, formats, and trending topics to maximize discoverability.
  • Enhance brand presence — build and maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and identity across every platform.
  • Run paid campaigns — plan, execute, and optimize paid social ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with clear budgets and targeting.
  • Boost engagement — actively respond to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and build a loyal community.
  • Drive measurable outcomes — track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI) and use data to continuously improve.
  • Report & analyze — deliver regular performance reports with insights and clear next steps.
  • Collaborate — work with design, content, and founders on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Stay ahead — keep up with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends.
  • Maintain a content calendar — ensure timely, consistent posting across channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Executive (brand or startup preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of content (posts, carousels, reels) that demonstrably grew reach and engagement.
  • Hands-on expertise in organic growth strategies and community building.
  • Solid command of hashtags, trends, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta / Instagram / LinkedIn Ads) with budget ownership.
  • Proficiency with social + analytics tools — Meta Business Suite, Buffer / Hootsuite / Later, Canva, Google Analytics.
  • Ability to read metrics and translate data into action that drives business outcomes.
  • Excellent written communication and a strong creative eye for visual storytelling.
  • Self-starter who can juggle multiple platforms and hit deadlines independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
Good to Have (Bonus)
  • Basic design (Canva / Photoshop) and short-form video editing (Reels / CapCut).
  • Experience with influencer collaborations and UGC.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Exposure to [health-tech / your industry] or an early-stage startup.
  • Familiarity with SEO and cross-channel marketing.
