Global Homes Infra is expanding its digital marketing team and is looking for a creative, result-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist who can build our brand presence and generate quality leads from the UAE & GCC market for premium Indian real estate projects.

• Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, reels, short videos, promotional creatives, and marketing content.
• Design professional real estate advertisements, brochures, banners, and social media posts.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality marketing videos.
• Manage and regularly update the company website with new projects, blogs, offers, and content.
• Execute lead generation campaigns targeting UAE & GCC investors interested in Indian real estate.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
