Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager to join our team in Bhilai. The role involves managing all aspects of our clients’ social media presence, including content creation, campaign strategy, and performance tracking. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective social media strategies, writing and curating content, optimizing platforms for engagement, and fostering strong connections with online audiences. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with clients’ goals and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience in Content Strategy and Writing for various social platforms
• Analytical mindset for monitoring performance and delivering actionable insights
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience with branding and digital marketing in an agency setting is a plus
