Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Chandigarh. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media accounts (SMO), and developing engaging content. The role also involves monitoring trends, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals. Additional responsibilities include community engagement, managing communication across platforms, and staying updated with emerging social media tools and practices.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Outstanding Communication skills to manage and engage with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in analyzing metrics and improving social media performance
• Familiarity with emerging social media tools, platforms, and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in education or technology industries is a plus
