Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nagpur. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to promote our group travel experiences. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, coordinating training sessions for team members, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth targets. Creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for building connections are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and address client needs
• Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve their effectiveness
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
