Role Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with solid experience in handling agency operations, clients, teams, and growth strategy.

This role goes beyond execution. The selected candidate will plan, lead, review, and scale digital marketing efforts across multiple brands, while acting as a bridge between founders, teams, and clients.

This position requires ownership, decision-making ability, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities: Agency & Client Handling

• Manage multiple client accounts and agency deliverables

• Translate business goals into digital strategies and execution plans

• Ensure quality, timelines, and performance across all projects

Digital Strategy & Planning

• Plan end-to-end digital strategies covering:

• Branding

• Social media growth

• Content strategy

• Review strategies regularly and refine based on performance

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and manage:

• Social Media Teams

• Designers, Video Editors, and Content Writers

• Assign responsibilities, review work, and ensure accountability

• Build execution systems and workflows within the agency

Ads & Performance Oversight

• Oversee Meta, Google, and other digital ad platforms

• Guide teams on campaign structure, creatives, and optimization

• Analyse reports, improve ROI, and align ads with business goals

Founder Collaboration (Critical)

• Work closely with founders on:

• Client strategy and positioning

• Process improvements and team structure

• Act as a trusted execution and strategy partner

Quality Control & Growth

• Maintain high standards in branding and digital execution

• Identify gaps, improve systems, and scale operations

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Skills & Experience Required

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

• Proven experience working in or managing a digital marketing agency

• Experience handling multiple brands and client expectations

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of:

• Social media marketing

• Performance marketing (Meta, Google)

• Branding and content strategy

• Ability to read data, reports, and business outcomes

Leadership & Communication

• Strong team management and decision-making skills

• Clear communication with founders, teams, and clients
