Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
● - Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to align with business
goals
● - Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
● - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content
and strategy
● - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and cohesive
messaging
● - Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, and
fostering positive interactions
● - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
● - Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions
● - Research and monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for
growth
Qualifications:
● - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or
any other field
● - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
● - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● - Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
● - Basic proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
● - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
● - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● - Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs is a plus● - Must have Content Creation skills like Video Editing.
