- Create and execute monthly social media calendars across multiple platforms.
- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas, campaign hooks, and engaging post concepts.
- Coordinate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creatives, videos, and content.
- Encourage and manage UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community-driven content.
- Manage online reputation (ORM) by monitoring comments, reviews, and mentions.
- Strategize and implement organic growth tactics to boost revenue, reach, followers, and engagement.
- Set up and manage comments and DM response automation to improve community interaction.
- Track trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize brand presence.
- Report on performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.

- 6 months – 1 year of proven experience in social media management.
