Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, drafting posts and captions, coordinating visual assets with design teams, and monitoring performance metrics and trends. The Social Media Executive will optimize social media channels (SMO), respond to audience interactions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with overall marketing and business goals. The role also involves staying updated on platform changes, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Media Planning to coordinate campaigns, schedule content, and allocate budgets effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting to track performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in social media roles within marketing, advertising, or related fields; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, along with current social media trends and best practices.
