Republic Digital is seeking a Social Media Professional with 6–9 years of experience to lead and scale our digital presence. If you’re passionate about content, trends, and community engagement, this is your chance to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement social media strategies to promote website content and grow digital audience.

✅ Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and content distribution across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

✅ Collaborate with editorial, video, and design teams to create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, creatives).

✅ Track news trends and identify opportunities for real-time engagement and viral content.

✅ Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights.

✅ Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all channels.

✅ Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices.

✅ Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience feedback.

✅ Support paid campaign execution to boost reach and drive traffic.

✅ Align social content with SEO and digital growth strategies using trending keywords.
