PayPal just hired a content lead for its CEO on a top-tier package. Content isn't marketing support anymore, it's distribution, sales, and brand. That's why this role sits inside our growth system, not off to the side.

You'll write short-form scripts, build social-first content, and shape founder personal branding across multiple consumer brands we're actively growing. Your work gets judged the way growth is judged, did it move something.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a real, provable body of work (no freshers, we need proof of impact)
• Knows why their best work worked, not just that it "went viral"
• Proposes ideas instead of waiting for a brief
• Wants startup chaos over a polished corporate lane
