We are seeking a full-time Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, working on-site. The role involves creating, curating, and managing content across different social media channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include developing social media strategies, scheduling posts, writing creative and impactful copy, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to curate campaigns that resonate with our audience.

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Content Curation
• Excellent Writing, Storytelling, and Copywriting skills
• Experience in Campaign Strategy, Creative Marketing, and Content Marketing
• Strong Analytical skills and proficiency in Social Media Analytics tools
• Knowledge of Social Media Trends and Emerging Digital Platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in visual content tools or design platforms such as Canva is a plus
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
