Role Description

Location: Bengaluru (hybrid/in-person preferred for shoots and brand alignment)

Engagement: 1-month paid trial → retainer basis upon successful completion

Reports to: Business Development & Brand Strategy

What you'll own

• End-to-end content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video (Reels/YouTube Shorts) concept, script, shoot, edit
• Translating wealth management, market trends, and client-facing insights into content that's actually watchable
• Building a recognizable on-camera or on-brand presence for BlissMoney (face-forward content is a plus, not mandatory)
• Staying ahead of trends relevant to finance, business, and wealth content, and adapting them quickly
• Working closely with the BD/Brand team on campaign tie-ins (events, investor programming, gifting initiatives, etc.)
• Tracking what's working using basic performance metrics and adjusting content strategy accordingly

Content Volume & Cadence

• 3 pieces of content per week, minimum, across platforms (exact mix of Reels/LinkedIn/Shorts to be aligned weekly based on what's performing and what's coming up, be it events, market moves, client wins, etc.)
• Consistency during the trial month matters as much as quality. This is one of the things we're evaluating before moving to retainer

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience creating content for a brand, agency, or personal platform with demonstrated growth (Numbers matter. Be ready to share them)
• A strong portfolio or personal page showing range: hooks, editing, pacing, and consistency
• Comfortable with finance/business content, or a fast learner who can get there quickly. Deep financial expertise not required, sharp instincts are.
• Working knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and content planning
• Understanding of platform-specific content (what works on Reels vs LinkedIn vs Shorts differs, and we need someone who knows this)
• Based in or able to work regularly out of Bengaluru

The Trial Structure

• Duration: 1 month
• What we're evaluating: consistency, quality, turnaround time, and content performance against agreed benchmarks
