Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Greater Philadelphia area for a Social Media Content Creator. This role is focused on executing high-volume, on-site content production for a fast-paced real estate photography business.

You will work directly alongside me during property shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes footage and agent walkthroughs while I focus on shooting the home. While I’m actively working, you’ll be editing content in real time to ensure a fast turnaround.

The expectation is that all content—both raw and captioned versions—is fully edited, organized, and uploaded to Dropbox by the end of each shoot day.

This is not a remote or delayed editing role. It requires speed, organization, and the ability to operate efficiently in a live production environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and consistent file structure, following a specific caption style, and ensuring every piece of content is delivered accurately and on time.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving setting where execution matters more than overthinking.

Qualifications

1. Must be serious, reliable, and able to deliver under pressure—this is a job with room for growth, but I expect professionalism.
2. Must be able to edit quickly and competently in Final Cut or CapCut.
3. Familiarity with adding captions accurately, following a set format.
4. Experience in organizing content in Dropbox with clean folder structures—both raw clips and captioned versions.
5. Must have updated filming equipment—either a newer iPhone or a DSLR camera—ensuring quality capture.
6. Access to quality audio equipment like DJI microphones (or equivalent).
7. Experience in vlog-style content creation (preferred, not required).
