We’re scaling our brand presence and audience engagement through smart, data-driven social and web experiences—and we need a sharp, agile Social Media & Web Manager to lead the charge. Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute multi-platform social media campaigns that grow follower base, boost engagement, and drive conversions across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website CMS (WordPress/Shopify), ensuring UX consistency, SEO alignment, and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Analyze platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, UTM tracking) to refine strategy, report performance, and justify ROI to leadership.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and instructors to produce high-performing, platform-native assets—reels, carousels, blogs, and videos.
- Run A/B tests on web CTAs, ad creatives, and social post formats to continuously improve funnel performance and audience retention.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging tools—recommending new tactics, platforms, or tech that align with business goals.
