Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Social Media & Visual Designer. The role involves managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms, crafting visually compelling designs, and developing branding elements to enhance the organization's digital presence. Responsibilities include designing graphics, creating brand assets, producing captivating social media campaigns, and ensuring all creative outputs align with EPIA’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphic Design, including Visual storytelling, and Branding
• Strong knowledge of Typography and its application in visual design projects
• Familiarity with social media strategy, trends, and content creation
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• High attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in designing for healthcare or women's empowerment industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred
