LocoTrails is a premium experiential travel company that curates journeys built around people, culture, and place. From surprise trips to hidden valleys, to family holidays and leadership offsites - we design experiences that go beyond sightseeing.

We're now looking for a creative mind who can take ownership of our social presence and brand voice — someone who loves storytelling, building communities, and bringing travel to life on the internet.
We're looking for a Social Media & Branding Executive to take over and lead our entire social media strategy and execution. You'll work directly with the Founder and the wider team, owning everything from content planning to community building especially around our flagship Travel Storytelling Circle on Instagram.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, design beautifully, edit soulfully and execute consistently. If you love travel, stories, and the craft of building a brand from the ground up, you'll feel right at home.
📱 Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Take complete ownership of LocoTrails' social media planning, calendar, and strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Handle day-to-day execution — posting, scheduling, DMs, comments, and community engagement.
- Stay on top of social trends, formats, and hashtags, and translate them into ideas that fit our voice.
🌍 Travel Storytelling Circle (Instagram)
- Build and lead the strategy for our Travel Storytelling Circle Instagram page.
- Grow it into a genuine community of travellers through content, conversations, and creative engagement ideas.
- Turn real traveller stories into features, reels, and posts that people actually want to share.
🎨 Design & Content Creation
- Design carousels, posters, pamphlets, and other collaterals on Canva, working from existing brand templates and references.
- Edit videos on Cap Cut or other mobile first tools for the Travel Storytelling Circles.
- Collaborate with video editors, and the wider team to deliver high-quality, on-brand output.
💡 Brand Marketing & Positioning
- Bring fresh creative ideas to overall brand marketing and help sharpen LocoTrails' positioning.
- Assist the Founder in refining messaging, taglines, and campaign copy.
- Maintain consistency of tone and visuals across every brand touchpoint.
🤝 Community & Engagement
- Engage with audiences, answer queries, and grow our presence on platforms like Reddit and Quora.
- Build relationships with travellers, creators, and communities that align with our brand.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing (preferably lifestyle or travel).
- Excellent writing skills - you think in stories, not slogans.
- Comfortable designing on Canva and managing multiple creative projects at once.
- Comfortable editing story first based reels
- Up-to-date with social trends, hashtags, and new formats.
- Curious about travel, people, and culture.
- A self-starter who enjoys creative freedom and learning on the job.
- You'll work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects.
- You'll own a flagship community (Travel Storytelling Circle) and shape it from the ground up.
- Every day is different - one day you're writing a story, the next you're designing a carousel or brainstorming a campaign.
